Forthspring Inter Community Group

Community Fun Day

MUMO welcomed the local community into the building at the end of May 2023 for a fun day which over 100 people attended. This was funded through Belfast City Council’s Peace IV programme. Participants had lots of activities to choose from – balloon modelling, a bouncy castle, games, gardening activities, art activities and children’s character Harley Quinn was on hand to chat to local children. Families from the two main partner schools – St. Clare’s Primary School and Springfield Primary School attended as well as other local schools. Parents and kids had the opportunity to chat to others from their own and other schools.

Thank you so much to MUMO volunteers; MUMO staff; Springers staff; Forthspring staff; delivery partners Grow NI and PPR.

Thanks to all the fantasitc parents, kids, visitors, families who came too…. you all made it work!!
