MUMO autumn term

MUMO has been delighted to welcome participants to face to face autumn term activities. These have been varied and provided activities for children, adults and families. These have included:

  • Exercise classes – zumba, pilates and legs, bums and tums
  • Walking activities – a walking group and a steps challenge
  • Self-care mornings with complementary therapies
  • Adult workshops with a variety of partners including sexual awareness workshops, an oral history workshop, a Human Library with members of our local Muslim community and cooking workshops
  • Halloween pumpkin carving workshop
  • Family Matters – this term included trips to The Mac where MUMO participants formed part of the fantastic Cardboard City project
  • Trips – visits to two plays (Body Politics at the Brian Friel Theatre and Sarah’s Story at The Mac)
