MUMO has been delighted to welcome participants to face to face autumn term activities. These have been varied and provided activities for children, adults and families. These have included:
- Exercise classes – zumba, pilates and legs, bums and tums
- Walking activities – a walking group and a steps challenge
- Self-care mornings with complementary therapies
- Adult workshops with a variety of partners including sexual awareness workshops, an oral history workshop, a Human Library with members of our local Muslim community and cooking workshops
- Halloween pumpkin carving workshop
- Family Matters – this term included trips to The Mac where MUMO participants formed part of the fantastic Cardboard City project
- Trips – visits to two plays (Body Politics at the Brian Friel Theatre and Sarah’s Story at The Mac)
