MUMO returns to face to face activity

After six months of delivering services via digital platforms – mainly Facebook and Instagram, MUMO started welcoming its service users back in mid-September 2020.

The first event was a walking group. A group of around six people start each week with a brisk walk around a local beauty spot – often Woodvale Park – a great opportunity to chat and to be in nature.

Since then, MUMO has delivered a range of classes including:

  • Pilates
  • Sewing
  • Zumba
  • Legs, bums and tums
  • A language class

MUMO has also delivered a massage morning, providing a bit of self-care after all the challenges the past six months have presented.

A very big that you to funders, to all the wonderful tutors and thank you so much to participants for sticking with us and coming back to our activities… much more planned for later in the year… (pandemic permitting and everything crossed!!!).
