Forthspring Inter Community Group

Summer Scheme 2020

MUMO worked in partnership with Springfield Primary School and St. Clare’s Primary School to deliver a Summer Scheme during August 2020. This year’s Summer Scheme was adapted to meet Covid-19 regulations. Children attended post lockdown literacy and numeracy for two hours in their respective schools and then came to Forthspring in their bubbles for a wellbeing activity – music; relaxation; art; drumming and gardening. During the second week, three of the days were child and parent days when parents and children participated in a fun activity together.
Thanks to all tutors, artists and especially the wonderful participants for making this such a brilliant fortnight.
